From the literal meaning of the machine vision system can be seen to be divided into three parts: machine, vision and system. The selection basis is generally based on the camera interface, subject distance, shooting range, CCD size, distortion allowable range, magnification, focal length, and aperture.
3. Industrial Camera
The most essential function of industrial cameras in machine vision systems is to convert light signals into electrical signals. Compared with ordinary cameras, it has higher transmission force, anti-interference force and stable imaging capability. According to different standards can have a variety of classification: According to the output signal, can be divided into analog industrial cameras and digital industrial cameras; according to different types of chips, can be divided CCD industrial cameras and CMOS industrial cameras, this classification is the most common.
4. Image capture card

5. Machine Vision Software
Machine vision software is a key component of the automation process in the machine vision system. According to the specific application requirements, secondary development of the software package can automatically complete the image acquisition, display, storage and processing. In the purchase of machine vision software, we must pay attention to the development of the hardware environment, the development of operating systems, language development, etc., to ensure that the software is stable and convenient for secondary development.
