1. The interview is two-way


After entering the interview company, first observe the overall atmosphere of the company, from the office environment, the mental outlook of the staff, the tone of the interviewer, and the interviews are all those who observe.


Remember that when interviewing, not just being interviewed, we have to interview this company.


Many of my newly graduated students feel that it is difficult to get an interview opportunity, and put all their energy on "how to get the interviewer's heart".


It’s certainly not a mistake to prepare for the interview, but this is only half the work, we need to find ourselves a company that is suitable for our own development.


Rather than just asking for a company, the best result is that you and the company win. The company needs your ability to complete the business and you get the company's platform.
2, the words are concise, there are answers


After starting the interview, you should keep your expression simple and don't let the water go. A technical engineer who runs a train full of mouths will always leave an unreliable impression.


When answering a question, you can mention the company information obtained before the interview, prove that you have done homework for the position, show that you have a certain familiarity with the company, not the resume of Haitou.


Don't be too sloppy, many technical engineers are not good at expressing, not organizing words, and expressing what they want.


I recommend two methods. One is to write out the highlights that I want to express during the interview. I don't have to write it in one word. I have to write and think while writing. I have a clear idea in the process of writing. The expression will naturally be smooth.


The second way is to lower the standard to find a company to get an interview opportunity, believe me, find ten companies, let their professional HR accompany you to practice ten times, then you will not be nervous when you go to any company. 3, have a learning attitude, but can do more work

4, storytelling self-introduction


Self-introduction is the standard for every interview. My method is to tell the past experience and tell the story. We love to hear stories from a young age, a good story that will keep you in the interviewer's mind for a long time.


This story about yourself is still recommended to write down and then modify it several times.


I still take myself as an example. Because I don’t have a high degree of education, when I start to introduce myself, I will first show that I have low academic qualifications, and then describe the biggest project I have done, causing contrast and conflict. After the introduction, I will segment the work experience, and the growth of each segment can be described by a small story, so that the whole self-introduction will run through a main line of growth.


Everyone has a different experience, and it is necessary to show the highlights.


5, preset questions on the resume


The interview time is limited and you should show your strengths as much as possible.


In order to express yourself, you can pre-set some of your successes, or the technical direction of the company, when you write your resume. Prepare your questions for your questioning point, and let the interviewer's questioning be within the scope of our preparation.


To put it bluntly, it is to dig a pit in the resume, the routine interviewer.


6, fully demonstrate the experience


Whether it is in the resume, or self-introduction, even in answering the interviewer's questions, fully express his experience of the position. If you have done similar projects with the company, it is best to talk to the interviewer.


7, eventually


When the interview is over, the courtesy interviewer may say: Do you have anything to ask?


Don't be stupid, no more.
